Spend Some Quantity Time at the Mountain

Willamette Pass offers special services to pre-registered groups of 15 or more skiers and riders. For group leaders planning a ski day we have a comprehensive program to meet your group’s needs. Besides discounts on lift/trail passes and equipment for your group members you, the group leader, will receive a complimentary lift pass for your heroic efforts in group coordination. We do every thing we can to make it a smooth process as well as save you money.

Please contact our Group Coordinator at least ten days before your planned trip to reserve your date and to ensure that you have time to process all the information to bring a group skiing. There is a limit to the number of Groups we can accommodate on weekends and holidays. For more details call (541) 345-SNOW, extension 244.

To apply for group program services simply complete an Application Packet (available via phone or fax) and deliver, fax or e-mail it to us at least five (5) full business days prior to your event date. Our fax number is (541) 393-1436.

Many businesses and organizations have combined a day of business and fun at Willamette Pass, whether for a seminar, company retreat, employee appreciation day, or just a day of “fellowship.” Special Events are spectacular on the Mountain. Weddings, birthday parties,and reunions can be scheduled at our scenic lodge throughout the year. Full catering capabilities are available!
